Featuring over 150 classic cars, race cars, and early model displays, the California Automobile Museum is one of the most fun and educational spots for gearheads and non-gearheads alike. Your group members will be able to observe the museum's goal of being able to ‘preserve, exhibit, and teach the story of automobiles and their influence on our lives’ up close and personal while here!
Explore the 72,000 square feet of museum space and travel through time, the cars on display ranging from 1885 to 2011. Your group will see everything from Kit Cars and Model T’s to Lamborghinis and Packards, the collection truly representing the essence of ‘cars and Cali culture’. Be sure to check out all the fun exhibits before you go, from the younger crowd's ‘Spark Plug Square’ to the highly informative ‘Alternative Propulsion’ exhibit. There are several one-hour tours here for groups and schools, different tours providing different levels of education for all age groups, the tours even supporting common core standards for students.
